From the start up until 4:18 was a very good beginner intro of the tiles and suits. Thank you for that. What I expected next was an explanation of the card (e.g. the categories, the colors, etc). The video then jumps into a game with no context for what is taking place. This should be 2 separate videos - the 1st for beginners until 4:18 and the 2nd for something else.

I came here because in the show entourage SEASON 4, EPISODE 3 - MALIBOOTY they mention mah jongg and i wanted to find out what it is
Thanks for your interest in Mah Jongg. It's a great game and wonderful for you mind with lots of challenges. It's possible their mention is of the Chinese variation with is played with 144 tiles. Yes. She is actually using the one in the video that I like. It is called I Love Mahj. It is free for the first 2 weeks and then is $6 a month. It really helped me learn and practice.
