You want to find the balance between podcasting about something you absolutely love while making sure you will have an audience for it. Finding both is like hitting the jackpot. @@podsoundschool initially I have started with poetry (in - Hindi) written by me. Followed by my story of struggles and the skills which I added in my life because of the odds. And like you said how one moved from Point A to B. So initial idea is something like this. More like a personal journal.

hi, if your ideas are all merg in into each other then make seperate episodes for each topic and as a finishr for the series, talk about how they all merge in together

C R Limbu If you are going to translate it verbatim, you would definitely need permission. If you want to review the book or talk about the book, maybe even share occasional passage from the book, that would be okay.

Hi. That is up to you. It doesn't affect anything one way or another, it is there so if you want people to be able to email you or see your email address. I usually recommend leaving it on, this way people can email you about your show if they have questions, or if they would like to be a guest or have you as a guest on their show.

I figured out my genre is gonna be self help but to my dismay there are so many great people out there doing the same thing. How should I start in this scenario?
@@mohammedkhusroparvez2136 That's a great question. You don't need to let that deter you from going with that genre. You just have to niche down. Find a small community inside the self-help world and serve them. The more specific you can be, and the more you can narrow down your target audience, the better.

Yes! You can definitely do that, many people do. There are lots of techniques that will make your podcast sound great and grab people's attention. A nice intro, music, segments, etc.

It’s easier than you think. But also don’t fall for the lie that podcasting is free to start. It’s only true if you want your podcast to sound terrible. You’re gonna need some coin to get fairly decent equipment to lay down to recordings. But once you have ideas for episodes and figure out how to record, then you’re on your way!
