Beautiful home, love the lot size. Was really looking forward to seeing the basement, wouldve been nice to see the whole lower level to get an idea of the full possibilities of a dream home like this. Still, amazing home.
Sorry - At the time I was getting mixed reviews on showing unfinished basements. My latest videos include them every time!
Love this home. I would use the room behind the closet in the guest bedroom as a prayer closet.
Wow, that's an original idea! I hadn't thought about a prayer room, but it's private and quiet; it would be a great place for one. Great suggestion, thanks for sharing.

What was your favorite feature?
Actually the bonus room inside of the closet upstairs. Also the vaulted ceiling in that same room. If the bathroom were bigger that room could have been be great a secondary primary suite.
For I would make it a personal dressing room.

I love that kitchen too! It's my next favorite part after the covered back porch. There's so much I'd want to do to the back porch. Outdoor kitchen, fireplace (which I'm surprised they didn't put one in actually). I can dream! :)

What do you love most about it?
The style, the floor plan, the ceiling heights, the flooring, the beams, the storage, the railings, the double islands❤️, and I coul go on an on. It's stunning!!! Oh the entryway, the covered patio. Let me 🛑, I told you I could go on and on and on!

Feels that way with all of these big houses being built, doesn't it?
The house is beautiful except for the small doorways and bathrooms.
The private bathrooms are definitely on the smaller side.

Hi Lisa, this one ended up selling for $2.375M cash, their full asking price. It closed on 12/18 after 97 days of market exposure.

Too bad they routined the front with all that concrete. For that price, they could have designed it differently so there is some nice landscaping. Jeez.
Courtyard driveways definitely take up a ton of space. How would you have designed it differently? Smaller width house to put the drive on the edge of the lot?
My wife and I have been watching real estate videos in Tennessee and Georgia. The modern farmhouse is our preferred style. However, this house disappoints on so many levels. The upstairs hallway is far too narrow, and the bathroom tub/shower combo is also too small. It would've been better to simply have a standalone shower in the auxiliary bedrooms eensure. The design and layout of this property 😊 puzzling. Not really much in the way of architectural design and interests. The master suite wasn't worth waiting until the end of the video. The entire house is pretty plain.

In video these homes look decent but in person the work is very shotty there aren’t any respectable builders in GA. Atrocious shotty work on all levels.
