Jonathan speaks the truth in his teaching! i tried this and it works on the range I'm just worried about the distance maybe because of the range balls. I need to try this on the course! thanks

Great video. I’m convinced that my moms med did more harm then good. I got her on 25 mg cbd with 2 mg thx took her off all other meds and she’s been so much better. Thanks for the info.
It took me years to end up doing this consistently! i used to do the complete opposite! when i was a 14hcp now im a 4 hcp.Great video although were talking micro seconds, sequencing is the key,again its the complete opp of what i used to do.
I am finally becoming “consciously competent” at putting this move into my swing and working on making it automatic. I am now delofting all my clubs, which is great for my irons but makes my driver harder to launch. Any pointers to help?

Widen your stance for the driver, tilt your shoulders slightly away from the target and stay behind the ball through impact.
I can do this but soon as I hold a club it goes 🙈
Keep practicing until you can do it with a club.

I never "use" my legs. They use themselves reflexively without my help. Like so many other "parts" of the golf swing.
