The defendant is clueless. She pretends too have no idea how she could lose her license and thinks that what she's doing is legal because she only gave her a copy of her license. She better wake up fast, it's illegal to let anyone use your license in a facility that you are not employed at for financial gain or any other reason. If she was working for someone else as a hairdresser then she was using her license where she worked. It doesn't matter if she is the manager or not. If she is touching someone's hair or doing anything that is listed on her certificate of license, she has to have the original document posted so the public can verify that she is a licensed cosmetologist. No posted license, no clients. It's that simple and it's illegal to operate any other way. She'll be surprised very soon when the state she's licensed in pulls it for fraudulent use, and they will.

It uses the modal verb “should” combined with “have been thrown out,” which is the perfect infinitive form. This structure indicates that there is a past situation (the case being heard by a judge) that did not happen, but you believe it would have been better if it had happened.
If you meant to express a situation that actually occurred in the past, you would use “had,” as in “This case had been thrown out before it was heard by a judge,” which indicates that the case was indeed dismissed before the hearing.

Someone needs to make a phone call to the State is license was issued and report it.
I have my Cosmetology License in Oregon, and I'm also insured. Both defendant and plaintiff are scandalous . Imagine the plaintiff used chemicals on your hair, you were injured only to then find out they aren't licensed or insured. The person injured would have no recourse. They are BOTH PATHETIC.
Lastly, the Cosmetology license follows the stylist who was issued. You can't put up a license and that gives anyone working carte blanche to preform services.
When the judge sends over the court transcripts and the Licensing Board sends her a letter, as well as her employer; that she NO LONGER IS LICENSED, REALITY WILL SET IN. She will also be fined. Furthermore the plaintiff could loose her license as well for fraudulently working using someone else's license.
Remember these faces and don't let them anywhere near your head.

😮It's not like a shop has one person with a license and everyone that works there can do all the things a cosmetologist is allowed to do. And in almost every state it takes 18 months to 2 years to get a cosmetology license. So, no way did the Plaintiff just go out and "get one". The text messages said she had another girl with a license she could use. And, I think that's what she did.
