    1. Malong- is a large wrap-around tubular garment with colorful bands called langkit, consisting of three to four colors with okir designs: scroll, leaf, or vine motifs woven in abstract forms. The Maguindanao, for their part, incorporate patterns directly into the bands.

The complicated weaving techniques produce one-of-a-kind designs such as rainbows, stripes and taro. Its signature colors of yellow and orange represent royalty, while red stands for bravery. Green signifies peace. White, the color of purity, is also worn during mourning. Black means dignity.
    3. Tanyak-tanyak- is a facial painting that is used for wedding ceremonies in Yakan Tribe culture. It uses shapes that are circular or spots arranged in a diamond or a square pattern. 4. T'nalak- This traditional cloth is hand-woven made of Abaca fibers which traditionally has three primary colors, red, black and the original color of the Abaca leaves. It is a heritage and believed that the intricate and creative geometric patterns of the Tinalak was seen on the weaver's dreams.
    5. Tepo mat- The Sama, in the little island of Tandubas, weaves a mat made of
pandanus leaves called tepo. The two-layered, abstractly
designed mat is unique to the people of Tawi-Tawi.
THE SAMA MAT of Tawi-Tawi is double- layered and brightly
    colored.
It uses finer strips woven tightly, plus it has an array of intricate and colorful designs. The motifs and designs woven into the mats include:
balintung (a mixture of zigzag and diamonds), pinaleko (zigzag
design), palang born (large square of different colors), jali (striped
design), kusta sima (stripes and diamonds), kusta (a different
