Stumbled across you via a 'video you may like' suggestion (buying the high miler RR Sport). Don't normally comment on vids but i've actually found myself losing an hour or so watching a couple of yours. Just discovered this video today. Been through this myself as a car trader 🙈🙈 absolute nightmare. The law doesn't protect the trader enough. Great insight and props for discussing this topic in the public.

mate im a trader too. its a family business...my wife has been in car sales as a bmw sales exec too ect ect... What your saying is bang on. We will always try to take care of our customers and when things go wrong even after the standard 6 month warranty ends a good trader will still try to help out a customer. We arent all rogues we understand how people feel. Buying a car is one of the general publics biggest purchases in life and i get a great deal of satisfaction from giving a customer a great deal and seeing them drive away happy. But we do not have x-ray vision and we don not have crystal balls... so theres times that shit just happens its how you deal with the shit that determines a decent trader. Love the channel keep them videos coming. Best wishes.
