The company is to blame for as well. You have to watch Maven during his time in WWE and he was not utilize very well. At first, we saw the push with him winning royal rumble but after that, he became a jobber. No matter how much you improve, if the boss says you will lose to the Undertaker, Hulk Hogan, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, and other top superstars without even getting in a win from one of those guys, then you are doom. WWE is scripted and fake, winning shouldn't matter but those guys egos are too big to admit defeat.

  • @mattgreen2559

Honestly, lots of folks need to watch this video. How you took accountability for being fired. That was really something, and in a world where it seems like everyone is ducking accountability is so refreshing to see. I watched you back from the first few episodes of Tough Enough. I'm just glad that you are happy and healthy man. Hopefully many more years of it.

  • @BigtimeJuicer

Getting fired from any job is really difficult. Especially something that you worked at and were good at. In America, it seems like our identities are tied to what we do for a living. It's pretty sad when you think about it. But in the end, Maven did something that millions and millions of kids all over the world have dreamed of doing. Nothing & nobody can ever take that away.

What I love about Maven is that he doesn't hide from accountability. Even when he was out there putting in a hard shift he acknowledges he could have given more. People like Maven can fail and then learn from their mistakes to become better than they were previously, where so many these days cannot accept responsibility and become a victim and if you are the victim then there is no life lesson to learn as you did nothing wrong in your mind.

There are so many great things that happen to us when we are working with a large company, until the day comes when that company decides it no longer needs us in that position. that moment of termination can feel like the world around us has stopped and that we are out of options. the truth of the matter is that that we are so much more capable of creating a life for ourselves than that company could ever achieve for us.
