Lovely video Sir. Would love to see more on these beginner types. Im in London and I've just got myself the stadium brushed with 2s lovely car can't wait to burn it. Thanks for the info 👍🏼
Hello love, great channel! I’ve had my brushed Quantum for a couple months running on 2S… With the stock motor I’m guessing 3S is just a bit much for it. Can you recommend a motor I can easily swap out so I can run 3S?! Thanks and I followed!
Thanks , really appreciate it I ran mine on 3s and blew the stock motor 😄...... If you want to run 3s then i would suggest a brushless setup ... Or still use stock system and gear up the pinion and continue to use 2s 🤘🏻
The Brushed motor won't stand 3S. Since they released the Red versions the Quantums all have updated plastics and they have a heavier duty metal drivetrain than the early version. They are much better.
I actualy. Build my 3year old son a 4x4. Its a chassis of a maverick strada. Steel gears of an old ftx outlaw, front springs of the outlaw. Body of a arrma granite and wheels of a shortcourse truck. It runs 2s brushless. That stupid thing is so amasing strong. Seen him crash it into a steel bench, a steel goal, drowning in a lake and all that ever happend was a screw that came loose. Its a perfect car for a 3yr old

@@kaosr.c Thanks! Do you have a specific one in mind!?
@@MsTrinityS. Hobbywing max 10 would be good with a 3200 or so kv motor ...
@@kaosr.c thx for the info my love (:

Awesome mate .... sounds like a winner you built !
@@kaosr.c yeah it is. Well for a 3 years old for sure. Fun fact, it cost about 45 euro only. Thats like 47 us dollar.
@FrankvdBerg if it survives a 3 year old its strong 👌🏻
Oh nice and cheap too , good work
it was my first RC, they break really easy
Did you have the brushless version ?
yeah sure did, great fun but broke every single time I took it out
Yea brushless i think may be to hard on this .... im keeping mine brushed and will pass it onto the kids when they are ready to get into it
It's brushed and you still paid over $300......😮😮😮😮😮
@@andrew4403 that's Australia for ya 😄
