Set the car up on a programmer with full punch and 75% braking.
Also wind the preload down on the shocks at the back fully and half on the front so she doesn't squat as much under power. It'll help turn better as she doesn't turn that tight tbh, especially under throttle.Also if u spin the heat sink all the way round underneath it stops the motor flexing to much as it stops the motor moving by touching the chassis if that makes sense

Yes, those diffs are very loose/open, you can see all the power being lost through the inside-front wheel when it lifts. If the front and centre diffs were packed with thick grease it'd fly!!
However, it'd put a lot more stress through the driveshafts and they may not hold up for long ... 🤔
May pack it with some more, as they are very loose!

Definitely upgrade to the hd shocks which are metal bodies not plastic. I bent the standard ones, and also the hd tower mounts. Not only look good but are more sturdy.

It would be good to see how this compares to the FTX Ramraider as they are similar money. I wonder what people think the best bashing brushless car sold in the UK for under £300 is, Rival MT10 is now over this price and nearer to £400 with a 3s battery and charger
