Love this month’s clubs! Great creativity Josie and Spellbinders team. Thanks for bringing back some AM video’s. It was an awesome surprise since I woke up at 02:00 cst this morning lol. Can’t wait for my caboodle club and the bag!! So cute 🥰. Happy Customer Appreciation Month everyone. Despite the shipping delays, which I don’t have an issue with, and I’m sure I’m not alone when I say, we appreciate the hard work and dedication from the entire team.
4 weeks ago this coming Friday I placed my caboodle club kit order within hours of it being released. It has still not been shipped. That gives your company the grand prize for the worst customer service/shipping I have ever had from any company. After several years of being a faithful customer I have had enough. I will not be ordering from your company again. Your products are simply not worth the frustration and anger that I am feeling. I understand that you are having issues in your shipping department. You sent me an email, as though I didn’t already know. I suggest you revamp your entire department and hire more workers to ship your products in a timely fashion. There is simply no excuse for such poor customer service from a company.

I understand your frustration, if possible try to have some grace. I have been a long time customer of Spellbinders and this is not there norm. They’re a very solid, reputable company.
@ I have also been a long time customer. Their shipping times have gotten worse and worse. Do not lecture me about having grace. Customer service is the number one priority for a company and timely shipping is part of that. If they can’t handle their order volume they need to do something and telling me to be patient after 4 weeks is ridiculous.

But I knew they were having issues and I just got my kit last week. Since you are a new club member, I can see why your order would be shipped after those who were already members. Anyway, if you decided to stop buying it’s no sweat off their back because they have millions of customers. I mean this respectfully because as I said I’ve had my share of CS issues too. However, surprisingly they sent those of us who didn’t get the right wax beads one month the correct ones in the next kit which earned my respect. And TBH, the caboodle kit is the best sub deal IMO!
I agree with your dissatisfaction of spellbinders customer service. They are the absolute worst with an I don’t care attitude. Lawn Fawn, hero arts, pinkfresh, Gina k to name a few are top notch and make our purchases with their company pleasant and joyful and make us glad that we chose to spend our hard earned money with them. Spellbinders on the other hand leaves a sour taste. I’d don’t purchase from them like I use to for this reason.
