I just used your video to connect the V3 to my Tascam Mixcast 4, and I'm loving it. Got lucky to purchase the cables ahead of time, didn't have to go back to the store.
hello i'm following you can you kindly tell me the name of that adapter that is inserted on the moove v3 that you showed at the beginning of the video thanks
I now have a different brand and if I sit slightly away from my microphone, the sound falls back to my own voice, is that also the case with the zoom v3?
It works with any audio interface. You only need XLR adapter if your interface doesn't have TRS input. Just be mindful that your interfaces input must accept both mic and Line level signal, if it's mic level only, then you will need DI box to convert line level signal into mic level. (check the manual, XLR is used to feed phantom power and connect microphones to pre-amps, if your device has mic only inputs, it means device won't bypass pre-amp at all and feeding line level signal to it can damage the pre-amps)
