thoughts on raw dairy? I have the opportunity to buy raw a2 milk,colostrum from a local farm. They are hygienic + they do bacteria testing every week with a company ( usually 0%)
It's always a risk and I don't recommend it simply because the nutritional differences are almost non existent. But if you trust where you are are getting it from that's your choice

It's sad that videos like this need to be made because people trust short-form, exaggerated social media videos over experts and tertiary-educated people, all because they're muscly and swear a lot. Humans have eaten like this for about 2 million years, we didn't eat a so called "balanced" diet. Eddie is right. Most dietitian's are stuck in a bias that we have to have all the different foods. You said this is Eddis opinion that is your opinion. Doesn't mean you're right.
Well Eddie's opinion is not based on scientific evidence. Mine is :) Most dietitians are not stuck on a bias, they are following the science, and the SCIENCE does not point toward cutting out vegetables as a way to be healthier. Also... last time I checked humans (Homo Sapiens) have existed for 200,000 years.
