If want to start the car in sports plus mode use this trick: In car settings you switch on that the car starts (always) in individual mode. Now you just have to set the indivdual settings to the same like in sports plus mode. There you go.
I had the brake squeal issue at really low speeds when the car was new and the Mercedes dealership was able to fix it with some new pads under warranty. It's been fine ever since, which is over 2 years now.
1. Can start in any mode 2. Sports seats in hatch - saloon are all the comfort seat. 3. Poor mpg is your Sport+ driving 4. Do you need a booster seat? Have fun.
24mpg is good bro, especially if you’re always in sport plus I’m getting 14 in my new a35 but that’s driving like a loon all the time and launching it at every chance 😂😂 also another thing that annoys is there’s no rear windscreen wiper so you can’t clean the rear windshield when it gets dirty until you get it cleaned
Also another thing I’ve realised it that the Uk and Europe cars are diff as in Europe you get the option to get 360 cameras and also cooled and heated seats
i am in the uk and i get 35mpg in my hatch back a35. driving in comfot most of the time switching to sport + when needed / wanted. I also have the sports seats in the hatchback version 2019 plate.
hello, how do you get the speed limit onto ur dash? i have an a35 2021 (hatch) and i've been trying to play with my settings but unfortunately, i couldnt find it.
my mk 7.5 Golf R has the brake problem haha people look as well, i know its my disks so ill get them swapped. I get around 24 mpg in comfort mode lowest ive had is about 9 mpg in race mode. (been looking at these A35 saloons for a few weeks they look good not sure what to get as my next car tbh)
Looking to get an A35 myself so your videos are quite helpful. Overall feels pretty well made and polished. If I had to nitpick then bro if you're always on S+ you can't expect to get grandma mpg. Seems like the drive unit would be a good option to have.
I absolutely can vouch for it. Best interior comparing to all cars at the moment. The only thing people complain about is the lack of power bur for me it is sufficient. Yeah true true (with regards to being in sports plus all the time). You should test drive one!
@@markalden I really wish I could test drive one but the inventory shortage is so bad here, I'd have to place a factory order. That's why I'm doing all this research... All the dealers in the area have pretty much empty lots with cars getting sold while in transit (they email potential buyers of incoming stock), it's absolutely mental.
@@orochicc002 I think they are having a part supplier issue at the moment that is why. I’ll be posting a video of the things that I like about my A35. Keep an eye for that 💪🏽👌🏽
I'm not sure about your video as you do not meet the engineering side of understanding. You shouldn't really be on sports plus pushing your car until your oil temp is 85 degrees, please. Secondly your will appreciate the seat belt warning light when you have kids and finally why would you complain about mpg when you always choose to drive in sports plus 🤦🏽♂️
What a sad little hater. I wonder if you even have a car like this or even meet the “engineering side of understanding” yourself. It’s obviously just his hobby, not profession. I’ve seen his newer videos and he’s clearly more knowledgeable and learning as he goes along. Live a little man😂

that's greatly helpful. thank you!

I might bring it back to them for pad changes. thank you
All the stuff you don’t like can be programmed/tuned and you can order the seats and steering wheel controls.
Found a guy who can code them out.
Same problems with my A35 too bro, just gotta make the best out of our toys… we still have a lot to be grateful for… they are still AMGs ❤️
yes sir. we can't complain too much ❤️
A35 is not a real amg we call it in the Netherlands the cheapest fake amg instead the a45 s is a beast
@@PaperRoute100kshut the hell up 😂 you probably drive around in your mums Suzuki swift
@@Bshorts2023 clown i drive a rsq3 right know, don’t compare you’re life with my life, i can see a a35 is the real deal for you broke boy

to reply to number 4 - yes I do have a booster seat 🤣

Oh my god haha 14mpg?! that's crazy. Yeah, that is definitely another thing that I am getting used too haha
You can change the car to start in Sport + , just go to theme settings in the infotainment screen
this must be an update if you can. because when I had the car you definitely could not do that
Turbo lag? In the A45 it was deadly. Keen to know if it’s the same in A35
@@leehayes66 not as aggressive as the a45
@ good to know. The lag in the A45 nearly killed me twice
Also another thing I’ve realised it that the Uk and Europe cars are diff as in Europe you get the option to get 360 cameras and also cooled and heated seats
yeah man, a bit disappointing
i have heated seats in premium + package

I have heard people reach around that MPG but I am never in comfort mode hahaha. very nice man 🔥

Hey bro you drive around in Sports plus all the time you gonna use more fuel. Keep up the great videos
Yeah, I do hahaha. Thank you!
I actually like how your being Honda and saying the bad things even though there w it’s really help full to know
glad its making a difference. on that note I do have a vid of the 5 things I love about the A35 go check that out
Can you not set it to start in S+ ? In your profile you should be able to do that.
no sir. it defaults to comfort mode all the time.
THATS not stock exhaust notes is it?
nope, back box has been removed
Very much agree!and one more thing is that my car has GPF,very annoying
yeah mine has too. but I had the back box removed so the car sounds a bit louder.
Bro i didn’t understand the brakes problem , could you explain more ?
If you are driving about 30/20mph and you brake lightly the brake squeaks really bad. It is still functional but it just squeaks a lot
@@markalden I think that’s just your brakes maybe because I just got the a35 a month ago and I haven’t heard any weird sounds

the brake squeaks attracts so much attention haha. I can highly recommend the a35. maybe not as lively as a golf r but deffo test drive one
330i m sport or an A35 amg?
Might be a biased choice for me hehe 😜
Really rate your videos please keep doing vids appreciate them
thanks my bro! appreciate it
bmw does better mpg with a 6 cylinder 387 BHP
thats amazing!!
Bro how did you change the seat belts?
had It done by a company here called The Airbag Team

Definitely, such a shame. But we can't complain too much hehe. Thank you!
Complaining about the MPG, always in Sport+ mode, seriously dude, what do you expect 🤷♂️ What a stupid statement to make!
Chill daddy
No wireless connection for apple carplay or android auto 😡

My A class makes 49mpg...diesel🤣
haha that's amazing
What kinda fucked up seats are those
gonna have to ask mercedes
