Videos like these make me realize just how beautiful Forza Horizon 2 is all over again. I think it looks so much better than any of the other titles. I hope in the future we eventually get some form of remasters of these games, even if it means needing a different selection of cars due to licensing.
yeah they were i think the reason why they arent as good in newer motorsports or horizons is because the car companies dont want there cars to be torn to shreds so turn 10 were limited on how bad the damage could be
I'm still not over how insulting the FH4 Viper engine sounded. Sounded like a go-kart. Anyways great video. The Horizon games after 1 have really dumbed down on cosmetic damage
the sound files themselves are good, it's just that the developer that handled implementing the new sounds just... forgot to reconfigure the XMLs to account for the new sound files, there's many mods that fix them all and FH4 sounds much better with any of those

In every 360 forza game some cars can lose their bumpers like the 2013 mustang for an example.

Atleast in fh5 your car can lose its spoiler, some cars cant, like the Jesko becouse the spoiler is uh very well attached to the car

This is a racing game car, imagine your car being damaged at every fkin time, i wouldnt play this, BeamNG is a crashing game

The damage model never really bothered me, I turn damage off as soon as I can.
Yeah same they don’t have any way to fix your in the open world so I just turn it off

If I’m correct in fh1 and fh2 you can lose parts of your car like your spoilers and front and rear bumpers
