The default line type is a zig-zag-line. You have to change that to the straight line. Tools->Options->Mechanical Design->Drafting->View->View Linetype->Configure

When we use broken view it only creates exactly vertical or horizontal breaking lines...bt sometimes i have seen a slant line...how to do it in catia

So isn´t it obvious? NO! By the way I don´t know any program where it is possible. I could fake it with 2 clipping views.
