  • This is guaranteed to be the worst 5000 Subscriber Special you will ever watch. Our play begins with a couple small fender repairs on a 1950 Chevy Truck. Then we feature a dramatic restoration of an abandoned vintage jacket, you won't believe the final outcome!!! Also I go off on an angry rant about people!

Thank you Kyle! I can totally relate to your story about the guy trying to buy your truck, I sold an engine to a guy that showed up with a fancy new truck and he tried to grind me on the price. I told him he picked the wrong truck to show up at my place in and start telling me I want too much for my stuff.Great job on the jacket repair.

I don't have much influence, but hopefully it helps you out a bit! It's funny, I've noticed that whenever someone shows up to buy something in an old beater they always pay a fair price and are easy to deal with. The opposite is true when they are driving a nice new vehicle.

Funny thing is the admission that most skilled craftsmen are aware of chemistry, physics, mathematics & economics. No matter if they themselves, realize it or not. Same applies to customers witnessing said craftsmen .. whether they realize it or not ... most skilled craftsmen are smarter than their customer. Hence the reason said customer needs someone else, to apply vision for them.

Like to have chocked to death laughing.
Spewed tea all over my cat who watches videos with me.
My cat exited with exceeding haste, supposing that I was having a fit.
Definitely was not prepared for the final results of the jacket!!! PERFECT
A "Cat-scan" is a critical step, in any worthwhile endeavor.
    The 2nd opinion never hurts.
Without a doubt, the best video yet.
From what car was the donor jacket extracted?
Without a doubt, that has to be the best way to bring in the new year.

I hope your cat recovered from the tea spewing! Yes, Jonathan W's cat scan technique is a critical step in any repair. The parts jacket was in a '35 Chevy Master. Thanks for watching, I'm glad you enjoyed this nonsense!

Johnathan's cat is a funny character.
Your 2 cats get right into the work.
Thanks for the good lead to "Wild West".
A few years ago, I purchased a 1937 Packard to fill a hole in my grouping of '36 - '40 Packards ('39 is a hearse).
The '37 had sat for 61 yrs in a museum.
Other than 4 fenders, the car is great.
Since then, I purchased beautiful front fenders. The intent has been to toss the nareled front fenders, but now, I am determined to resurrect the fenders.
I paid $1,000 for new old fenders + $200 freight.
Because of YOU, un-mangling those 2 fenders is my quest.
Kyle, you make it look doable.
That is the mark of a very good teacher.
