Ghost of Tsushima takes place in 1274 while Ghost of Yōtei takes place in 1603, making it take place 329 years after the original game. On one hand I’ll miss Jin I really feel like we could’ve seen him face off against the Shōgun, on the other hand I’m excited for a new journey with a new main character.
yeah im pretty disappointed about that. i feel like there was so much more they could've explored with jin, and now we're getting a game completely unrelated to him, without samurai, and with guns. i was so looking forward to a ghost of tsushima 2 being announced this year, and frankly i'll probably get rid of my playstation now because that's all i was waiting for.
@@vlxxrd4866 all things must end and while Jin’s story could’ve gone further it didn’t really need to, he had a full character arc. Samurai still exist lol you literally see Atsu facing off against one in the trailer. The guns will more than likely be limited as well she isn’t gonna be running around with a Glock. Just relax and wait to see more. Sucker Punch has never released anything but a banger, have faith.

@@peanutbutter5217 It wasn't really the end of the base game; they left it on a sort of cliffhanger, leading us to think there would be a second game. Well, it led me on, maybe not you. They could have made one more game where, at the end, Jin either dies or retires, I don’t know. There was at least one more game with Jin that could have been made. Now I want to know how he died, who killed him, or if he died by someone's hand, or if he lived a quiet life.
Remember when people were angry when rdr2 didn’t follow John , don’t sleep on GOT2. It might be the same scenario

It’s a shame we won’t see Jin again at least alive, but perhaps the ghost lives on in this game.
Regardless I’m still very excited to see what they do with Ghost of Yōtei
There's always a chance they go back to Jin later down the road in another game(or the DLC for this game could take place in the past where we get more Jin).

My theory is that the PS5 Pro was priced so high so that Sony could give themselves an excuse as to why they price the PS6 at like $1200.

All the complaints Jev had about dragon age are the exact same thoughts i have about the new game. i personally enjoyed dragon age 2 and inquisition at the hardest difficulties keeping the combat and game entertaining for me but now it is very much just a action game. Origins was also one of my favorites, i think i got it for free when i was younger and it really got me into the dragon age franchise. I was really looking foward to this years dragon age after inquisition but it definitely doesnt feel like dragon age anymore. It’s a shame I wanted to see how they expanded on the tactics system they already had in the game now the gameplay just looks like extremely dumbed down.

Jev I 100% agree on the Dragon Age take. I played Origins for the first time this year and it was incredible. I played 2 after but I never finished it because in the act 3 of the game I got hard locked. Anytime I would try to go to another area it would kick me to the main menu. Would've liked to finish it but I really don't wanna play another 13 hours and risk the same thing happening
I never been Hardlock in Dragon Age, you probably just mess the game up.
@DeadUponAll no it literally would kick me to the main menu anytime I tried to go anywhere. I didn't mess anything up. It said "Unable to load area. Returned to menu" like I literally could not progress the game. Just because it hasn't happened to you doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

i personally enjoyed Dragon Age 2 combat over Origins. Definitely could’ve expanded on the abilities but personally love hitting things with a sword over playing commander too often in a fight

@@MisterAnonymous1000 his arch wasn’t complete John marston got killed of course they were gonna moved on from him, Jin Sakai didn’t need to be done he was running from the shogun and there was two other mongol invasions after the first one GoT covered this didn’t need to be the end of Jin I feel like they could’ve at least given one more addition to him before moving on to another character.

And people still made the complaint about not being able to play John regardless. They learned it was a prequel and said "Wait, are you doing?"
Also yes, we could have seen story of Jin trying to deal with the Shogun or the consequences of his actions, but there wasn't any more character growth for him.
The final decision we make as a player is the final part of his arch.
I just don't see anymore room for him to grow. Maybe they can make a third game about him passing the torch as an old man?
Thinking about that is giving me chills actually.

Jev if u never played zero dawn ur missing out. Probably one of the best most in depth and intriguing sci fi stories and world I have ever experienced. Once u dive in ur hooked on the lore and as someone who loves lore I got no doubt u would enjoy learning all there is to know about project zero dawn and what’s rlly goin on. If u haven’t yet or anyone who hasn’t I suggest u play tht remaster as it truly is a masterpiece of a story. So realistic surprisingly too.
No one is missing on that game by skipping it.
But you can enjoy it with your little Horizon fanclub.

This was a much better reveal that lasts, as much as some don’t want horizon remaster I liked it better than number 2, new ghosts, some new horror games, palworld, last of us going free, would of been nice for Spider-Man dlc or wolverine but we got some unexpected news with ghosts
