This group does something that no other group has ever done for me. They combine technical wizardry on their instruments while also playing truly beautiful music that isn't compromised by all of that skill. I hope Nickel Creek keep churning out great music for years to come! I certainly appreciate them...

Yes it's right up there. There is one tune "Hayloft" that really breaks tradition but I find myself enjoying it more and more. This album is no let-down!

I've got pretty much the same as you (and thanks for "long legged icon," couldn't get that for the life of me). The big change I've got is "Love of mine, when you die, I tell myself that you never lived." Where you have "Oh, but she gave us to each other," I have "The love that she gave us to each other," but I'm not sure if that's right.

Alex Nuttall this is two years old but I'm working through this record on guitar. it is! dropped 3 half steps down. mainly in C, B, and G (relative to the tuning) I have the chords for it.
