A) Booking terms and conditions
1 .Homestay charges should be fully paid at the time of booking.
2 .payment should be made on given bank details only .

Introductory Prices:
Non Ac room 1500/-(4 person)
AC room 2000/-(4 person) For extra person Rs 500/- per person.
For extra person we will provide extra mattresses.
C) Note - Cancellation policy
1)100% refund -if cancellation is made 7days prior to check-in
2)50% refund -if cancellation is made 3-6days prior to check-in
3)No refund - if cancellation is made 48 hours prior to chek-in
4) Refund would be made within 7 working days to the account from which the booking payment was made.
5) In case you are not able to arrive for some unavoidable reasons like insurgency or pandamic, sudden change in government policies and guidelines etc, the bookings can be rescheduled to available days after 6 months at no cancellation charges
D) Food charges are not included in booking amount.
Food orders will be accepted in advance only ( veg or nonveg)
Fish will be served as per availability only.

Andakari thali 150/- (limited)
Chicken thali 180/-(limited)
Fish thali 220/-(limited,local fish will be served )

NOTE-fish thali charges can be vary as per availability of fish and fish variety.
E) For visiting nearby tourists places you can book a vehicle in advance while booking your homestay and will be charged separately while booking your holidays with us.
Full payment should be made while booking of vehicle.
NOTE - Cancellation of vehicle booking will attract 100%deduction.
Vehicle booking charges:
1) 3300/-for 4 seater small car (Above 150 km distance,additional km will be charged Rs 18/- per km)
2) 4000/- for 6 seater long car (Above 150km distance additional km will be charged 20/-per km)
F) Smoking and liquor drinking are strictly prohibited.
G) Homestay will be provided to families only.
H) Discipline should be maintain at our home stay property any nuisance can not be tolerated and will attract serious legal action.
I) Please don’t pluck flowers and fruits ,leaves.You can buy it if you want.
Any damage to homestay property will attract penalty.
J) Pleas take care of your valuables and for any loss of your valuables , homestay management and workers will not be held liable.

दादा आम्हाला कणवलीत आमच्या हुंबरट गावी कामासाठी जायचं आहे पण तुमच्या होमस्टेमधे येऊन रहाणार.. तर तुमच्या इथून आमचे हुंबरड गाव किती लांब आहे..तिथे जायला तुम्ही गाडीची सोय करून द्याल का.
