The best 3 out of 4 races will count toward each athlete's series ranking.
The 3k is an elite invite-only event and will be held on Friday evenings. Join us to watch the best of the best compete in a fast pace race. Every second counts; obstacle technique, running pace, and strategy.
The 3k is compromised of three rounds of competition. The first round is a 1k course with up to 45 participants going in waves of 15 every two minutes. Based on time, two-thirds of the athletes move to round two, another 1k course. The half of those athletes go into the final round comprised of three laps of the 1k course.
There around 40 standard distance events this season in the US alone.

Massive improvement from the last race. I really enjoyed the still mounted camera on the monkey bars! It was great seeing multiple racers coming through and being able to watch them come through in one large frame! Job well done!!!
