I love the on-the-fly problem solving the women did to help their slowest runner, ending up with the rope around the back of her waist, being pulled and able to freely use both arms. Oh and I think carrying the Atlas ball thing low but just off the ground gives you the best squaddle position - the higher the stone, the wider you have to spread your legs

gaps at the start: team #2 started 3:52 after team #1 team #3 started 6:30 after team #1...so 2:38 after team #2 Team #4 started 7:25 after team #1...so 0:55 after team #3 Seems pretty random.

Great coverage overall. Pretty disappointing to see two professional athletes run the whole race together, essentially waiting for each other, and cross the line holding hands. Do that in training, not a race. Obviously, it’s their own prerogative to do as they wish, but if they’re trying to grow the sport and give fans a good viewing experience, that didn’t do it.

Great… a new race that has exactly the same obstacles as Spartan 🤦🏻‍♂️ Bboring course, but very good coverage, good job on that!

It’s easy to judge this event but overall it was good to see OCR live racing.

They are uncle and nephew but they’ve always been more like brothers because they are so close in age! We love hearing them called the Walkington brothers so keep it going! 💜 Thank you for all your kind words all weekend and the time put in!

I do Hyrox, but have not tried DEKA. It seems very similar and maybe easier to get a spot as HYROX sells out so fast
