Hesawhel reminds me of my longing for lectures and material I have not heard. I found out that I tended to desire new information all the time but when I replayed old stuff I found I always knew/remembered less than half of it. Now I'm at peace to lag behind the presenter by even ten videos, until the present material has sunk into my skull. Every time we listen to a great teacher we learn something, and what we master reveals itself to us more.

Hey Denise. May G-d bless you with divine mercy to get up and “just do it”. I know it’s hard but we got this. 🫶🏾 FIND the pleasure of life through gratitude (fr ex. I wanna eat this grand meal to satisfy my hunger but HaShem provided me with water and bread and I’m blessed to be able to eat in peace) the goal here is not to be satisfied with life but creating the aura of peace through gratitude and hallowed acts of kindness. ❤

last week i enquired about an appartment but they only had viewings on Shabbat so i said no, my daughter pleaded with me to call them back and say yes because they accepted pets, so i gave in and called them to say yes. all night i couldn't sleep and felt hashem tell me "don't you trust me? don't turn up!" i got a cold sore and everything went wrong that day. i have told them i dont want it but the damage is done. not only did i show my child a bad example but worst of all i didn't listen to hashem. i am taking this as a lesson to be a better role model and be a stronger person.

I also do ta'anit dibur/fasting from talking as much as possible and don't feel the need to talk to people or call them, that is why email and text is a great option.

i hate smoking, it stinks, looks disgusting and costs lots of money. i gave up but as i am facing homelessness i have started again because i don't want to be fat, stressed, old, alone and miserable. i will give up with a click of a finger when i have lost weight and some of the stress, but i never let anyone see me smoke because i know how horrible it looks!

So tired of all the suffering, if you dont do this then this will happen, is that the only alternative sufffer suffer suffer, sometimes i wonder if the punishment fits the crime. A baby getting burned in an oven in front of its mom???? Whattttt??? What those people in the South went through and are going through, not to mention all the parents, brothers sistets friends etc losing loved ones. How many wars later. Please im tired of suffering. Sometimes i believe there is no other way for the world to be and we are dreaming when it comes to being redeemed. Why cant the Mochiach come already weve been waiting for 1000's of years. The world is 5784, hellllooo and the tragedy goes on and on and on, surely its time for a change, whether we deserve it or not. I know i sound terrible, im eternally grateful, but at the same time totally ungrateful for living in a world with such horrrible people, although there are a lot of good people, who needs a world like this. I was born into it, and if Mochiach does not come will probably die out of it. I do try, although im far from perfect, why cant, in the merit of all the very good people Hashem brings about change. Yes i know we have to do teshuva, in the merit of all our good and there is, redeem us, i find it difficult to live in this world, not that i would take my life CHAS VE SHALOM but waking up every day to bad news, has got to be the most depressing thing, im sorry but i cant say thank You to Hashem for our suffering. I know its up to Hashem, but i cant stand this world and what goes on and has been going on for as long as i have been alive. I am so tired of all the suffering, call me whatever you like. And i hope i dont get punished for compalining about the horrors of this world, CHAS VE SHALOM, dont get me wrong i love life but i hate the suffering, but HATE IT😢 i was watching a docmentary on slavery, that is still going on in Africa, not that im undermining what went down in Israel, but what Israel experienced on 7 Oct goes on everyday in Africa by the Jihadists of this world, they burn down villages slaughter people and kidnap them into the slave trade helllllloooooo ITS ENOUGH Hashem in one fowl swoop can destroy the evil, just like Hes done so many times before, for us.

don't waste money trying to be better then others with silly brand names and newest cars! i buy second hand and couldn't care less if people look down on me for not having a silly guci bag! some people would rub poo in their eyes if celebrities were doing it, and pay lots of money for a certain brand of poo 🤣
