Very solid generalized racing guide. Problem with CarX is once you do nitty gritty tuning most setting don't make sense but work 😂👍

Honestly not sure where you're getting that from, basically everything I've done tune-wise is based on my real world knowledge and they all did what I intended them to.

Idk if you’re gonna see this but could you make a tune for the FD ultimate. I just want to fly around the track hitting 10k rpm. I have a race one already but I’m pretty sure when you switch to ultimate it makes it way less Traction. I’d love a ultimate grip tune tho for it
With Ultimate tunes, grip racing is not possible as they do not come with a downforce preset like racing does. Therefore, ultimate tunes are significantly slower than racing for grip and time attack racing. Hope this solves your question.

has this game "realistic" grip physics for you? taking into account that it is not a simulator. I get the feeling that the cars slides too much even with the grip tune, but it could be the camera, which is fixed and does not follow the car, giving that feeling
It's an interesting one! I think this game does have realism at times, but there's a balance between it and arcade :). The tuning element is definitely in depth when it comes to grip racing, but yeah... maybe you need to change some settings. What car do you use?
tf bro u confused my ass, when u make a tune make sure it's literally ready... the amount of times u switched back into the dynostand and changed some shit got on my nerves, don't get me wrong, very nice guide but should have shown the final tune at the end of the video
I don't think you understood the process of the video. It is showing you what you need to do to tune. You revise your tune in each area where it needs to be improved. This is all I showed here.

Hmm so I have a racing tune that's pretty good for my r32, though for some reason it slides a little, not drifting but a little sliding, when braking and turning and sometimes when turning only. Would appreciate any help :) great video otherwise!
Sounds like you need to thicken the rear tyre profile potentially! Can be one of many causes, join our discord and we can find out :)

Is there a Supra grip tune for ultimate class? I'm trying to get it to 400km/h
With Ultimate tunes, you do not receive the same amount of downforce as you would with using a racing setup tune. This is because the race tune comes with high downforce preset, whereas the ultimate tune does not.
So, unfortunately, there is no such thing as a grip tune for an ultimate setup.

Because the gearing was not right in the end, I showed the process in which you have to tune your car in order to get the results you want. If you want the tune, just follow the final instance of me showing suspension, wheels, and brakes and then use the finally changed gear ratios.
If you want to improve your tune, you must incrementally change things that are holding it back as I was.

I thought I was going quite slow and as did many others, first complaint I've had. Just pause the video at the spots you want to match your tune to.

How do you stop it from flipping
It's the damper settings you need to adjust to prevent it from flipping in conjunction with the suspension stiffness. I'll do a video eventually on the Evo since a lot have asked about it covering this and other things.
Make the track wider and he tires a little narrower
does this tune work on ps4 as well?
Of course, it is the same game on each platform :) I would recommend tuning it to your liking as this is just a baseline tune.

I cant seem to get a good turning angle for this car, know any tips? Or is there a better car for high aceraaion and great turning and grip?
Softening your tires can usually help solve this, as well as widening your tire profile. If not, you can always increase Ackerman angle to 100% and the caster too.

i have one car so fast that i got reported for cheating lol it has ultimate setup and it has around 1.7k horsepower its super fast can get it up to 370kmh easy
