you would want to roll your stick to and if you have kino mod you should run vds maps those helped me become pro from how fast your going but technical at the same time

How are you not going directly left or right when you're drifting? Whenever I drift it forces me to go one way or the other. Are you using some sort of button?

You can do clutch kicks with the automated clutch as well. And turn off the Controller Assit, it's like using an aim bot.
Thanks for pointing out the thing with clutch kicks, I didn't know that! On the note of controller assist I disagree with you. While it does help me, that's the literal point, its an assist. And they implemented it into the game for a reason. I know many people that use it, and more players have it on than have it off. I wont say that you are better or worse for using it, but I just find it more enjoyable. Thanks for the feedback!
@@Wembul Yeah, i see your point about the controller assist. I have the game only for a few days now, and it threw me completely off that i don't have to countersteer with the controller.
I think it is a different mindset, to play with or without the assist. I see that it does take a lot of practice even with the assist on to throw down nice lines. Without the assist everything is much «twitchier» and it looks really shakey. ATM i'm only using the controller to get cash. In the end i want to use the wheel, but that's a completely different story, i suck big time with the wheel 😂
@@rudhelm6721 Bahaha yeah for sure Rud. Wheel is a whole other ball park. I wish I could afford one, but its not realistic. Thanks for the talk.
@@Wembul Ok, i admit: Assist is more fun. I gave it another chance and got the grip pretty quickly. I just had to let go of my idea of countersteering. I'm far from good, but earning money is now really fast and i went from lvl8 to lvl 14 in just three or four hours.
@@rudhelm6721 I do agree! it is fun, but you had the right mindset with the counter steering. Either way works but you have good goals. Keep at it!

I been playing the game for 6hrs and i still don't know how to properly drift. I keep spinning out. I just can't do it no what what i do. This is frustrating me. What car are you driving in the video and did u customize the dyno in it.
Yes, I can release a video on the tune if you would like. Im using the 4 door R34 GTR.
There are tunes you can do to the car that prevents the spinning out if you are a beginner
@@lethall6609 i know but its so much work. And i have no idea what im doing. I tried watching videos and tuning it the same way on a few cars and still nothing.
@@iamthatiam4637 what car are you using? I tried a gtr skyline tune and no matter how much I tried to over steer and spin out , it never did. I'll give ya the link. Yeah Its a lil too much work but tuning the car is fun just like driving sum say.

Hey how do you have the "download mods from other players" option
I have some addons for the game that are completely cosmetic but added a couple new settings. I can make my headlights really bright and import livery's and some more stuff. If your interested look up CarX Mods.
