I’m suffering really bad with tension headaches and a lot of it is neck based. Your videos have made me realise there is hope in relief from these debilitating conditions
I appreciate these informative videos. My eldest has had tension headaches, for 20 years, since he was 3, his shoulder muscles are like concrete. I know he has CCI. Over the years he has had migraines, too, and now it's developed into Trigeminal Neuralgia, where he can't lie on the back of his head without pain. Interesting about the prolotherapy helping muscles. My youngest had a retreating scapula after a sledding injury a few years ago and I have a rib head near my sternum that likes to sublex. Didn't realize you might be able to treat that, too. So, the majority of people can correct their posture just by correcting their workstation and not bending down to look at their phones as much. What about those of us that have hereditary kyphosis/instability, along with hEDS and feel like, most days, our heads are too heavy to even hold up, let alone our spines?

Along with the tension headache, do you also have pricks and needles sensation on head, neck and eyes?

when you guys do prolotherapy on the c1-c7 cervical region do you use an ultrasound guidance?
I get strange headaches if I tense up too long while sitting at a desk working. As if something constricts but doesn’t release.
What about hormonal headaches?
