Pioneer bikes use a wooden block that rubs in the pulley rim. You could try a tiny kubota alternator to power the electrics, very lightweight and cheap.
Hello dear friend and artists I am one of your newcomers who are watching your extremely valuable and attractive videos from Iran. I would also like to thank you for generously sharing your experiences and knowledge and also wish you success and health. to have 👍👍
Cool as always. Just a thought, what about a series of small engine home appliances. A Briggs powered dishwasher comes to mind and would be a real laugh.
I love what you do! You make things look easy and I know coz I tinker with these sorts of things. One suggestion I had, could you make the wheel base 4" longer so that the motor sits lower? You've gone to the trouble of making that nice curved cradle at the bottom and it would be great to see the Briggsy sit down in there.
If you look online, any coil from any modern ish engine will work. Just need to match up the bolt batter. Got a similar engine and went "stuff that" to points=.
I really like how your bike came out. The muffler and light system are awesome! Also the belt clutch thing is cool to. I was surprised the carb relocation worked, since it did i really like that also. Alot of very original ideas. Came out great. For your belt noise they sell belt lube for cars at most auto parts stores its sticky not oily like wd40 you probably wouldnt want to put wd40 on a belt because of slippage. Hope you make another video when its all done and maybe a mph test. Great job! Thanks for showing your work. 😁👍
Have you ever thought about removing the petals and using the sprocket for a Jack shaft so you don't have to build it and you can use the gears if it's a 10 speed bike.
Hey Oliver, I'm putting a Kawasaki 340 from an El-tigre into a KZ400 streetbikes chassis. I want my primary and secondary cvt pulleys as close together as possible. Will I have any trouble finding a short enough drive belt for it? I've never done this before and I figured I'd ask the master lol thanks either way good sir
points and condenser that sucker was old. she came out good.you will most likely get it running again. cant wait for the next project.hows schools going for you?
For the next project could you combine a KM100 Kawasaki with a Panama Jack bicycle? I’ve already done such a thing and I’d love to see more people doing it.
I know you do it for a diy project, and I’m not a hater, but I would recommend buying specified parts, at least a chain and sprocket. They are like $20 on Amazon.
Some countries would not allow that home build to be used on public roads, It would need to pass strict regulations on emissions and safety let alone find an insurance company to provide public liability insurance.
My favorite build of your yet. I want It!
You did a beautiful job! You're a gifted mechanic!
Nice work Oliver! It turned out great 👍
That part with you cleaning out the gas tank with your phone in your other hand had me cracking up 😂
Take care
haha thanks mike!
Same hahahahahaha
I love the simplicity of your builds
The chain gaurd and light both make the look of this thing 💯
Nothing like an old briggs motor, they're simple and sound awesome. Love the bikes man!
Lol you gotta love the tractor flap.
Yeah it looks pretty cool
Really cool build, sir
Thanks!
Just found this page! I love this. Bring power to anything and everything!!!
I have watched this channel off and on for years and its great to see the progression! Keep thinking outside the box!

Great video and build Oliver, thank you!
Great build enjoyed the video 👍👍
I’m planning on putting the same engine on a beach cruise. Just with a different mounting system.
awesome! good luck!
Careful, Galvanized metal let's off a toxic gas when it heats up! great vid man
I like that so much, good job.
Cool as always.
Just a thought, what about a series of small engine home appliances. A Briggs powered dishwasher comes to mind and would be a real laugh.
Love it man. One of my favorites so far.
Thank you, I agree!
you know what you can do for your next build. you should use the pedals to start the engine. keep up the good work man.
Use auto belt dressing
Legend has it the bike is still sitting by that tree to this day 😆
Put a bigger belt idler on the pedal mount for tighter belt control
Weeeee finally yeeeeee!!!!! ✨💖💖✨✨✨✨ Am doing chopper style but was using this as inspiration was hoping like 🙏🤞 please Oliver please hehe 💖✨✨✨
Very nice, you should probably make the exhaust go a bit further away from you, so the rider doesn't smell like smoke after riding it.

amazing stuff
I really like your videos.

Spray the tensioner wheel with some hairspray. Cheap and easy fix

I was pleasantly surprised about the new carb intake working as well as it did! Thanks for the belt-lube suggestion!
Finally part two!!!! Yay
Nicely done bro. How fast can it go
Your an old soul. I can see you living in 1890’s - 1900’s
What type of pipe bender you use and how much it is like to get one
Parabéns Oliver pelo seu dia na sua oficina de fazer veículos Deus te abençoe 🙏👼🖐️🖐️🙏🙌🖐️👼🖐️🙏😇 à vc e toda a sua família.
Add some Old Spice deodorant to the belt, smells good and no squeak!
Love it
if you get a rim-drive generator you'll need to put a diode in the + side to convert the ac to dc
thats cool oli i gotta build a moterized bike one day
Highly recommend
You've got heated seats
haha the flap angles it decently enough to not heat my buns.
Cool build brother, I've heard you can run bar soap on the belt or as another commenter stated you can use belt dressing
Hi Ol,............what kind of bender do you use ??
It's a rogue fab
Man if i learn how to welf it'll be like gaining super powers
Have you ever thought about removing the petals and using the sprocket for a Jack shaft so you don't have to build it and you can use the gears if it's a 10 speed bike.
Yay, OliMoto vid!
The 36th time i've watched this. Not even kidding

This is waky looking but it look good in some industrial way.
You did good but why didn't you turn the motor the other way
points and condenser that sucker was old. she came out good.you will most likely get it running again. cant wait for the next project.hows schools going for you?
School's kicking my butt! I'll get through it though, thanks!
tu eres el hombre
That thing must of gotten him killed no videos in three months.
3:20 "and finally I painted it up to look less like crap"
*proceeds to spray paint it shit brown*

Thanks for the suggestion, I've used motorized bike sprockets and clutches in many other projects, I was just trying out something different!
I am biilding a fat tire with a 5.5 Briggs, right now I want to be you when i grow up 😊 i am 73 now😊. What welder do you use 👏
Do u live near pennsylvania ill buy the snowmobile bike off ya
3:22 “I painted this so it dosent look like crap” then paints it brown and it literally looks like shit
And now i paint it up to look less like crap.

Rip bike. We hardly knew ye.
Why no China Dolls?
it is probably your coil they do that
when doing gaskets you want a ball hammer
Yo, people would pqy money for that bike, not me but some people do.

Those countries don't know how to have a good time 😂
you're not a mechanic!!! you're a full blown engineer lol.
Very 🙂
bar soap on the belt.
Literally painted it to look like crap
Looks similar in many ways to some of my builds. Good Job! Check out at. John Wade you tube.
