The colorway reminds me of the 70's. Something Kelso would wear. Very retro looking.
The midsole sticking out is very bad for driving

Not really a Nike person BUT.......these caught my eyes on the subway in NYC. I instantly fell in love, took a pic and googled it. You answered questions on the sneakers that not even my adult kids new. Thanks you were very helpful. 👍🏾🇯🇲
Won waffles & blazers in a raffle. I would say waffles are definitely not for day to day use just because of delicate materials & back of the shoe. And if you’re driving a car it’s super easy to ruin the heel. But still waffles are my shoe of the year. So happy that got em for retail

Lightning struck twice for me today on SNKRS . I was able to cop the sacai waffle blue and sacai blazer blue. I could not believe it! The gods have blessed me!
Cheeto Residue yesterday was probably the luckiest day on snkrs for me. Copped the green sacai waffle and the yellow blazers and I also was able to reserve the blue sacai waffles which I will be picking up later today🙌🏼 3 for 4 not too bad🔥

Sacai is a Japanese brand so I believe the stick out portion is an homage to the plank shoes samurai wore.

How do they fit?
I've been looking forward to these since they teased images and fashion week last year. In my eyes its one of my favorite releases of the last few years right up there with the Wotherspoon's and Atmos Elephant print air max retro.
Please if you don’t like these, just go for the blazers and leave these alone 😂

I ended up copping the blazer Sacai , blue ones, SNKRS finally came through but, who knows how long they take to process and ship, I got the order confirmation and it also says in progress, still right now, and I bought them at 930 this morning, anyone care to share any info

Never enter END raffles, they charge 100 bucks extra on everything like they are a resale joint. Its complete nonsense and they should not be able to get away with it.

I paid $700 for this pair over a month ago and im not mad at all that these are going for less than half the price now, easily one of the best looking shoes in my collection! I love the colors and the whole concept of them!

Thats how the shoe game goes, and thats the risk you take when you buy a shoe before release. Most likely going to buy another pair to keep on ice so when I wear my current pair out I can have a fresh pair to rock
