it's basically just Latin food which makes sense because Isla Nublar takes place near Costa Rica and Nicaragua - the gallo pinto (which you called rice lol) is a staple item from Nicaragua and Costa Rica, good job on the authenticity!
Universal doesn't really have any food that STANDS OUT like disney churros or dole whips. Or turkey legs. Beniegts. Mint julep. Corn dog. Tiger tails. Matterhorn macaroon..... this video made me wanna go to disney lol

I've been to the Jurassic Café after it changed and I tried the chicken sandwich and it was really good. I always went to that restaurant whenever I go to Universal Studios. I still went to it before it became the Jurassic World Café. The last time I was there, I saw that adorable dinosaur. I don't remember the name of the dinosaur.
i am a huge fan of jurassic park all the movies, my favorite dinosaurs is the Dilophosaurus because of course Dennis gets eaten by it HAHA (Newman from stenfield) even got the POP figure of Dennis and i like the Utah Raptor, this is my dream to go there have drinks and eat the food :) exciting video just like your star wars food video !

I don't know if you will see my comment but I would like to provide with information that I see that foreigners can confuse you. There are two dishes one is "Gallo pinto" that rice, beans and lizano sauce. The other dish we call "rice and beans" that is rice, beans and coconut with a spicy flavor (it's a delight!). @@naritaprim267 they sell 8 drinks total and they tried 4 out of the 8. So the guy is trying to say to try all 8 next time which will get them pretty tipsy lol and probably vulnerable to spend on all those items they said they would not spend that much on.
Narita Prim he kept saying how much he wanted to take so many things home and those ideas make a lot more sense if you’ve had 8 alcoholic drinks to encourage you.

I went a few weeks ago and I must confess that the food that my girlfriend and I ate at the Jurassic Cafe was the best theme park quick service food I've ever had. She got the chicken and I got the pork. Both dishes were amazing. Must try. *Edit, Holly crap I didn't know that the "pork" was jack fruit. It tasted just like pork.
I really hope you guys do more universal studios food videos, I cant seem to find any good food vlogs on universal, I see ALOOOT of Disney food reviews on TH-cam which your channel is my favorite ❤❤❤ I would love if you guys could please add more universal food reviews too! 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
