In this video, You gave a very practical example about this phrase for us. People always feel anxious about something will happen in the future. You told us “Don’t get two anxious or excited about somthing that is going to happen soon. Instead of enjoying what is happening now.” That is very meaningful and I used to think about something will happen in the furture and I could not enjoy the day I was currently in. From this video, I know that enjoying education, spending time with family and friends is much better than thinking about some nonsense things. Enjoy your time right now is very helpful for me.
