Rhythm and Tempo have resonance effect on heart rate / blood pressure. A number of Religious Scriptures, Prayers also have rhythm and tempo. Just listen to any Service being performed and the difference between a Service Wedding and when some pass-away. The Sikh Religious Scriptures are totally in music and Rhythm.

Right here in this video, Bickram Ghosh comes from North Indian tradition of Tabla, and speaking in a more North Indian Tabla dialect, if you will, called "Bol", and Arun comes from a south Indian, and hence speaking in "Konnakol" dialect. But they converse perfectly well. It'd be a great jam to have such a conversation taking place across the nation.
They are actually reciting rhythyms for the bass drum and the tabla separately and at the end of that both of them speak the same rhythms. That's amazing 🙂
