I made upwards of a 1,000 dollars for a Saturday alone doing buildings and again on Sunday the same thing. I enjoyed doing houses and building much better, i didn't have to bust my hump so much. I could do a house in the morning and make 450.00 and then another in the afternoon and still be home before dinner time, and that was during the week when all your trucks are out on the road working.
You probably right it's been years since I did fleet washing. We used to make a ton of money but it was such hard work. Now we focus on a lot of parking lot Striping

I've heard, I don't know if it's true or not , that at car dealerships that the basic charge is 2 dollars a car to just wash. Is this accurate?
Yes that is a general ballpark figure. Some do require deionized water so it will be spot free
