Long simmering demands of medical fraternity of better working facilities, fixed working hours, better infrastructure, safety from attacks from bereaved family members etc. 4. Corruption that has seeped in to hospitals in purchases/medicine/Billings etc. in connivance of Hosptal administration for which the doctors especially the juniors have to compromise and bear the brunt. 4. Involvement of TMC in corruption in healthcare. 5. Political power play to take advantage of the situation.
