whats the motor catridge for the puncher? ours is 12 slip to 36 which is the same gear ratio and we use a red cartidge. Its pretty slow compared to other robots with 30-35 second matchlaooding. Seeing as you have a 200 driver skills, its urs also just as slow or is anything different?
100RPM red cartridge. reduce the amount of rubber bands to get max speed. At 100rpm you should be able to matchload 44 triballs in 27 secs. If you want to be faster you'll need to use different gear ratio and/or double slip gear.

we use double chains for this reason, as we need the motor closer back on the intake. we're looking into using gears on our new robot but both are an option

Do you ever have problems with your shaft collar getting loose? Looking at the video, it looks really hard to adjust it
as long as you tighten them they will stay in place. do regular inspections and maintenance. it's fairly easy to tighten shaft collars on motor axles.
Have you ever had issues with the radio being in the intake cuz it's always moving so there may be a risk of dc?
too many DCs. we don't recommend to do this.

we don't use any legacy smc pistons, but we use the double acting cylinders with single acting solenoids for wings

Drive slowly until distance sensor reads value less than some threshold than stop, we found threshold just experimentally

We’re still using 50 mm pistons on horizontal wings, they work fine for skills and autons

I would suggest using gears instead of chains because they can’t necessarily snap but great Robot！
These guys won worlds last year-they know that chains are better in this case
