If people say Holy prophecy no longer exists and believe that then the vacuum will be filled with false prophesy. There are so many false prophets that have entangled the masses, because even those who are searching, there is a desire for guidance. Hashem said He would restore prophesy and even dreams, so if Holy prophesy doesn't exist in this world anywhere, why did Hashem say that, why would He make that statement if He didn't intend to do it? I believe Hashem, I do believe He has restored Holy prophesy, but to know whether it's Holy, knowledge of scripture and knowing Hashem's character by getting to know Him is so important so you don't fall for the lies of false prophesy.

The desire for idolatry still exists so Holy prophecy has to exist as well. Nobody can really say neither one exists in the world today.
