I would've done Panther Pink myself, but I won't hate on this color, because I love it as well. Just better suited to a 'Cuda in my humble opinion. Great work, and an example of how a Mopar should've been built from the factory.
As an old mopar lover, a sincere thankyou to all involved in saving these amazing cars,,in the vid and others that do so watching this vid. They deserve a new life ! I just wish I had resources that allowed me to do the same.
Thats a big upgrade and congrats on having the skills to do this. I bet that thing drives like a dream and power to boot. I bet the purest are going crazy. Awesome job!
Right on Kevin should have bought a new challenger then nobody would care....when's it's gone it's gone probably sold the engine and trans to pay for the hot wheels he's got now.......................
I was so confused right now, the car didn’t look bad when they bought it and I thought the restoration was starting from finished product to raw - then the paint color changed.
I guess if the origional Engine is missing otherwords not a good idea in the Engine Swap. The Transmissions people are using is unnecessary. I would do the Tubs for sure I did on mine since the Challenger has the smallest Rear wheel Well of any Mopar. I had some skinny wheels on my Challenger I caved and Tubbed it. I bet it drives nice and eats up the Highway!
is it cheaper to build the car from scratch or to buy restored? which is better? I planning on getting a challenger soon but I don't want to waste money buying one and customizing
Let's see how can I screw up a good 4 sp R/T Oh yea I can put in a rack & pinion, chrome wheels, a injected crate motor, tube suspension parts and to top it off a cool chrome radiator. Now I got expensive pile of junk oh Yea.....................
@@2414kels If I uploaded my all original 71 you would just bash it.. If you want to create a new challenger then go buy a new one or get a slant 6 and/or 318 car. Once a 4sp R/T is gone it's gone unless a guy wants to restore back to original costing a boat load of money to do it. Some others believe like I do like Rod ,Kevin and Thomas....

why couldn't they find a rough 318 car to do this to? they rebuilt a perfectly good RT
