Their products seem more and more popular these days. Nice job on the install. I just came across your channel in my feed actually. I'm happy to support your efforts and those of other fellow content creators. I look forward to seeing and hearing more from you in the future ; keep up the great work and ride safe out there.
I use this kit too. Unfortunately it has a major issue that it is missing the plate light (required by law in most states). On top of that the break light does look cheap, it would be nice if it was a series of LEDs, more modern looking. Just a couple points to think about if you are considering buying this kit. Price is okay.
im very nervous about dragging the license plate. I also have a Victory Hammer 8 ball and I completely tore it off just turning through an intersection..
I've got a kit on order and wondering if there is room to reverse the plate and mount the bracket from the left side to be closer to the bike without it rubbing the belt or wheel? Or maybe is the bracket malleable enough to be bent at an angle to give more space if you did that? I'm just thinking that in the current position it may limit lean angle.
Did it throw a code when u installed new bracket and light ? . I'm picking my new 23 blue up soon can't wait awesome video deffenty 1st mod im doing lol
I don't like the license plate on the side at all! Could be nice ankle biter too. Also no mention of a license plate light at all either, I would try to mount plate right under the tail light turm signal unit also some how. IMHO>
Understandable. Just my personal preference. Kemimoto makes the same kit, but it puts the plate under the tail light. It's definitely a good kit if you have the bike

hey brandon, it doesn't look like it solved the mud splashing problem, do you think the kemimoto kit with license on the back solves the issue?

Not sure if I skipped a video but didn’t you have a white sportster ?
I did. TLDW: the top end went out, got it back, had electrical issues ever since, dealer offered to replace the bike. Now I have a 2022

Nope, no code! I have seen other people report this for other taillight kits, but I haven't had any lights or codes pop up because of it.
Dude just got the same one!

Can you show the light working….brake & signals…… is the LED’s very bright ?
Yes, I'll make a short out of it. It's actually brighter than I expected, especially considering the size, and I do feel safe using it on the road.
Also do u think the swing arm plate will hit the ground when u lean ?
I haven't had any issues yet, but I will certainly let you know what the height difference is between the plate and foot peg on the same side.
Folks, there's lots better video's on the install of this Tail-Tidy. This was a Hot Mess....Go else where to learn and put this on.
That looks stupid. No hard feelings. Just is.
