I am an idiot,
I was using left earbud and put the right in case and in phone's audio balance i set right to 0 so that no one starts listening... After few hours i forgot it and wasted half hour doing reset and pair😂
Then i thought i should have to unpair my laptop also, i found both are working.
Then i remembered my foolish act and cursed myself to the extent i never cursed anyone 😭😭

Pro tip: Don't bring the charging less than 30%,if it decreases to 10%,the one bud will not work,if you charge them also one will charge,so be careful don't use buds below 30% charging 😊😊

Bro my both earbuds got spillted in to two different buds. They are connecting seperately and if i am trying to reset these by touching them simultaneously though they aren't responding anything but i can use both of the them seperately. I think they lost their connection between them.
Have you any solution because service centre is 40 km away from my home 😢.

Brother, sorry for the delay
unpair both buds from phone, turn off bluetooth
now try reset process, check both earbuds + case has enough battery
during reset process earbuds should be in ON condition but it should not be connected to any phone

If your 1 earbus is not working then you can do this .
Clean the bud which is not working from the bottom where it charges . Sometime dust stick to it and it wont charge . Do same for the charging point in the case it may solve your problem
