If anyone can’t get the red light, you have to push both pods down a little while pushing the reset button. It works 100%. Also, clean the case and pods afterwards

But Battery of case was around 10% and right airpods which wasn’t working at all was at 7% battery. Apparently it was completely dead and by that time it charged somewhat upto 7%. Now by the time I am writing this comment. I kept my right airpod and case on charge. Let’s see if it works again

Day 1 with my new Airpods was great and they worked perfectly. At the end of the day I put them into the charging case and plugged into the wall. Day 2 the left one did not work all day. I tried resetting my bluetooth on my phone several times. I tried connecting them to other devices and still only the right one worked. I also for whatever reason was unable to "reset" the airpods because while holding the button, it never turned amber, it only kept flashing white and I went even beyond one minute on a few attempts at this. Day 1 was superb and I still believe it's a fantastic product, perhaps I just had a very rare case of a faulty item.
@@seif7441 This was a long time ago 😂 I ended up returning them after nothing seemed to fix them and I got sent replacements through Amazon and this pair has been working great ever since.
*fixed mine by* 1. cleaning the case and the metal 2. throwing my pods many times but not too hard. also the case i dropped it many times. 3. i placed my pods back by pressing it down in the case for minutes. (hard pressed) 4. i charged it with original charger for 2 hours. and then it worked! hope that helps

I recommend you guys reset them. Press and hold the camouflaged button for 30 seconds. It will show a connecting splash screen, but disconnect them completely and then reconnect. Hope it helps cause it did.

This is what exactly i see (The red mark next to the right AirPod) when i try to connect my AirPods. So i spent 15 minutes trying to get my left airpod to connect, however my case would not reset and whenever my left airpod was in the case it would blink. i tried cleaning with a q-tip which failed so i ended up trying to blow on the airpod and in the case to get dust out, the sensor came on, i put my left airpod in the case and the blinking stopped! Both of my airpods connected. So if the q-tip doesn’t work, try simply blowing!!
