You are doing your son such a great justice by having him learn to pick up and help put things away. Starting young is the best thing you can do for him and for yourself. I love watching him help. He will be a great big brother too.

I’m 65 years old and I have always washed dishes the way you do. I use a lot of soap and then rinse a whole bunch at once. I CANNOT STAND IT WHEN TH-camRS JUST LET THE WATER RUN WHILE THEY ARE WASHING THE DISHES! The way that I save additional water is when it’s time to rinse a whole sink full ( like you did at 20:27) I will drain the old wash water too but then stop it up and rinse my clean soapy dishes over THAT sink so it’s refilled with hot soapy water again. I also always have the sink full of hot soapy water during the day and everyone knows to scrape their plate and let it soak so when something is heating up in the microwave for three minutes,you can wash a whole sink full because nothing needs to be scrubbed.

It will save you so much on paper towels.inuse different colors for different areas. Like blue is bathroom pink is kitchen yellow is general dusting and so on. I know paper towels are very convenient but such a waste love. Keep up the great work mama your killing it!!

I use bleach in my dishwasher not a lot that it'll run people out of the house with the fumes but. And also also to make your sponges last longer each time you do the dishes what the sponge put it in the microwave for a minute you will see steam then you know it is sterilized. That way you know everything is sanitary. You got this girl you can do it.
Im the same with the phone anxiety. I have waited months to a year to make a phone call, and it took like under 5 minutes and was SOOOO simple. My heart races to answer the phone let alone making a phone call.
