- Chicken Kachori 🥟
This delicious, crispy & flakey deep fried Chicken Kachori pastry is filled with chicken filling!
It tastes just like bakery and trust me if you try it once you’re gonna praise me and this will be your forever favorite recipe🤍
📌You can store in an airtight container or ziplock bag and freeze fo 2-3 months!
Whenever you wanna serve just take out from freezer half an hour beforehand and fry it
🌟Ingredients
For Dough
•(500g (1/2kg) All purpose flour (maida)
•9g (1tsp) Salt
•30g Ghee (melted)
•270ml Water (1cup say tohra ziada) room temperature
For Filling
•3tbsp Oil
•1tbsp Garlic (paste or minced)
•2 Spring onions (only white portion)
•2 Onions medium size (chopped)
•4 Thai Green chilies (chopped)
•1 sweet Green pepper (large wali)
Spices
•1tbsp Chili flakes
•1tsp Black pepper powder
•1/2tsp Turmeric powder
•1tsp Cumin seeds crushed
•1 1/2tsp Coriander powder
•Salt as your taste
For Boiled Chicken
•2 Chicken Tenders & 1 whole leg piece
(400g Shredded Chicken is used in the filling)
•1 tsp Salt
•1/2tsp Black pepper powder
•1tbsp Vinegar
•2 spring Onions (green part of the scallions)
For Slurry
•100g Cornflour
•1tsp Baking powder
•60g Ghee (melted)
•Oil for frying

The ghee froze because of temperature drop. My slurry didn’t look like yours at alll. Added water to make it a little better.
