Hi my turtle fell down I mean when I kept him for vasking he climbed and fell down from the tank. What should I do to the turtle because he is not eating and blood came from his mouth when he fell down. Plz reply fast😭. He also became very weak after falling down and he is not moving also he is keeping his head up, he is not dipping his head in water
