    Hello I started watching your videos from YT Shorts and I just want to say YOU are not intimidating, what you show is doable, they do make you feel better. You can do a lot or a little and anyone can. You make them simple. Most importantly YOU look healthy, You look 'normal' fit not weight training Arnold but a really healthy human - I would like to get healthy and just look healthy. I am glad I found your channel my New Year is looking brighter already..👍

    Excellent instruction. I have low back and mild right hip discomfort. I will definitely be doing this more. I do some squats but this is good to do for more strength.

    Thank you sir for the fine tutorial !
    What would you recommend for super senior with advanced bone on bone left knee arthritis? When he leans forward to stand & shifts weight to the knee, his pain becomes apparent. He winds up using mostly triceps to push down on chair arms. Maybe the outward foot alignment & pressure thru the heels will help ?
    Thanks for any suggestions !

    I have been doing this, but still need to push with my hands. Any advice. I can do it if I lean forward a lot. I am female, so the center of gravity is a little different.... Still, I want my legs to get strong enough to stand up without pushing.😂

    Is this good for lose this weight

    • @Godskingdomcouncelorcrystal
      @Godskingdomcouncelorcrystal 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      This is just showing you how to form better to get strength in your legs. If you want to lose weight walking is a great way the more you walk the more you'll feel better. Please do stretch before and after if you do not know how search warm up video before working out. Also if you incorporate strength training with weights you will tone and build muscle in your body which also can help burn your body fat as well. If you do not know how to do any of these just search on youtube
      - how to strength train for beginners workout
      - how to lift weights for beginners
      High protein diet also. I hope this answers your question.
      Also need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight search calorie deficit calculator to get your calorie intake
      God bless. 🙏

    squats don't strengthen or touch your legs at all, they do on thighs.
    I'm bored of people calling thighs as legs
