Did my longest indoor track practice today

Had a late start today when I reached Yansh Offroad , Baliawas at 0830 hrs with Naveen Parewa AKA Chanda waiting there.
1 set of 15 laps followed by 2 sets of 20 laps each and then few cool down laps clocked a total of 35 kms over a period of 1.5 hrs.
The day was cloudy with low temperature but very high humidity which drains you out faster .
But I was pretty happy with todays performance . Join us for more such rides!
