Hi! I was speaking more like ppl getting into the vending machine business or drop shipping. Both of which you need to spend a decent amount of money up front.
I used to try doing surveys & I agree, they're a complete waste of time. I do however do focus group studies. I usually make a minimum of $100 for 1-2 hours. One time I I was part of "mock jury" & I made $400 + lunch for 3 hours.

1) Yes you have to give your SSN for tax reasons
2) you do have to give your routing and account number if you want direct deposit but if you’re not comfortable giving that then you can get it out on a gift card.
3) Not having social media won’t affect you in any way ☺️

Awesome! If you already got approved yea go ahead and put in your banking so you can get paid directly. Heads up It’ll make you put your SSN also for tax purposes.
Only other info is try a bunch of different type of hits in the begging to see what you like! 🙌🏽

You have to file taxes on any income over a certain dollar amount I think it’s more than $800

Thanks for watching! Honestly in the beginning you do make less- but the more Hits you get the more higher earning Hits you get access to so try to find something you can do a lot of in the beginning to get your Hit count up.

I try to answer honestly ONLY because sometimes they'll go back and ask you what your answer was for a previous question so if you picked something random you won't remember.

hi, im from the uk and recently amazon let us uk mturk workers create a virtual us bank account via hyperwallet so i am more motivated to use mturk now because before we could only transfer to gift card balance. i just wanted to ask before you hit 100 hits were most of your hits that you were qualified for more than $1. as of now i have 72 hits and when approved i will have 100 i wanna know if i will have more higher paying hits when i get there? or which landmark is the best one to aim for initially?
Awesome news about the bank account! And even with me past 1000 hits they’re still mainly only $1 and under. I get maybe 10-15 $3+ hits a week but that’s not the norm. Where most money comes from are those longer studies you qualify for but you won’t know you qualify until you do the basic screening hit
