- Amber takes drastic measures to spend time with little Eric. Deacon is inwardly impressed by Amber’s actions. Stephanie and Eric try to support Ridge in his time of need. Taylor tells Morgan that she hates her. During a struggle, Taylor yanks her arm away from Morgan and Morgan falls over the ledge onto her stomach.

Hunter Tylo proved in these episodes that she really can act. She does have her moments.

Those were the days when absolutely fantastic scenes were written for HT - full of power, full of self-confidence and energy. During this time she had a much more expressive role than KKL. And only through Bell Jr. her strong role became just a shadow.
Only briefly because the main star of the show is KKL and her character ‘Brooke’.

I'm torn. I'm normally pro-choice but in this case I _don't_ want to save the life of the mother.
Taylor accidentally throwing Morgan over the balcony is another echo of Sheila (when she did the same to Jay Garvin). It's similar choreography with one person grabbing and the other one trying to get free of them. Only this time it's the shrink who pushes the dangerous psycho overboard. The original accident solved a problem for Sheila by preventing Garvin from spilling her secrets to James and here the accident solves a problem for Taylor by getting rid of Morgan's baby. And in both cases, Sheila and Taylor benefit _without_ having to be murderers so Sheila could still remain a relatable Villain and Taylor can still remain the Good Girl.

And, of course, Morgan losing the baby and then trying to replace it with Taylor's child is another obvious Sheila parallel.
Love the comparison. But I would have preferred Morgan to lose her baby in a more natural way, as a punishment of her deceit and, as a mother, I feel.sorry for the baby. Because at
a seven months pregnancy there is a baby...They were pretty cruel.

Scene switches to: Little Eric, sitting calmly, placidly, and totally unfazed like the little Buddha he always is 😅. I did appreciate his polite but firm line in the sand on the cheap Chinese takeout, though. "Strange lady, with all due respect, I grew up a Forrester. I am used to finer things than cheap chicken chow mein."
HT again hit it out of the park, IMO. Seeing her call Morgan out on her sluttiness, her insanity, and her complete inability to take responsibility for the teen abortion was so satisfying. And that ending - ah, I'm ashamed to admit I cheered. Overboooaaardd!

Prior to this explosion, she had to play a naive, clueless Taylor as she blindly supported Morgan.

It made no sense that Deacon won custody of little Eric considering he was never in his life. Why Amber didn’t get Becky’s parents involved is beyond me. Also, Taylor wasn’t at fault. Morgan came to Taylor’s house, Morgan kept at Taylor, and Taylor told her ass to leave. You would think after Taylor slapping Morgan that she would catch a clue.
