You can get shots like that with a Thompson man. Once you’re set up, you only need one shot for that satisfying ping.

Can’t wait to get a PC. I play this on console but there are so many bugs that are almost game breaking. Huge ww2 buff so I’m still addicted to the game and take it seriously.
The video shows WHY. We either need more damage or more rockets on a AT guy. Since they did not really buff the US at rockets and Nerfed it from 3 to 2. I have spent 30 minutes fighting 1 tank, died like 20 times. When I should have been able to take it out the first round. I know satchels are godly. But come on Rockets are so fun. At least let em do a bit more damage.

Weird trick I found for them, is just run classes that have to use them. You will start picking it up alot easier, though patience is a big one too. slow is smooth, smooth is fast.
use the advantage of them, their range. just like the garand is better for shorter ranges than the kar, its the other way round for long range. sit yourself in the bushes and snipe enemies from a weird angle
As the other comments states, you have to have a patience, and you have to practice even it means you will get less kills and will die more. After some time, you start to get the advantages of bolt action rifles. Just like when you start playing HLL that you have to accept that you will die many times, the same with bolt action rifles. Especially in close-quarters you will die more so try to be at a distance from the enemy, try to think like a sniper and find a place where you are not on the move and see where the enemy is trying to sneak to your lines. Also some maps are better for bolt action, or some of the parts of the map. Foy, Kharkov, Purple Heart Lane... these are the best for bolt-actions, especially Kar98k is godly.
I sucked at kar as well, but I just kept playing with it. Now I can score on average 50 kills per round with kar. Find a nice spot, be calm, utilize range, get familiar with the bullet drop. Next level kar gameplay is close quarters, this is another skill to master with bolt actions. Kar is unforgiving yet it is the most rewarding rifle in the game. Love your videos, im new to HLL and lookin forward to getting better..any tips on how not to walk so far to the action then getting killed right away? how do u know where the enemy is?
Try and make friends with good squad leaders when you find them so you don’t always have to rely on randoms. Other than that you have to try and read the battlefield and see where people commonly come from, but sometimes you just end up in the wrong place at the wrong time. But make friends with an experienced player goes a long way.
Kar98 Turret.
This game is possibly the best war game ever to be made it's that simple. It absolutely embarrasses battlefield n call of duty. The realism in this game is second to none. And its only going to get better. Its an absolute joy to play and the visuals are absolutely amazing 👏
I don't know why people hate Purple Heart Lane, but especially the night mode of that map is one of my favourite, it's incredibly nice to play.

Seems like any time I shoot at someone, I am immediately hit by someone else, and I keep getting popped as soon as I come around corners. I can hide like Alpine does, but one or two shots and they figure out where I am, sometimes shooting at me when I am behind berms and buildings. Perhaps I should frequent some of the other servers with lots of noobs in them. lol
@@SweatyFatGuy Yeah, the struggle is real. It's one part luck, and another part instinct to know where the enemy is and where to hide. And it's important to keep moving. Also, your head sticks out over obstacles when you are crouched, which is annoying.

It’s a smaller community but yes.

@Filippo Schinazi yeah the console guys would get clobbered against us on PC unless they nerfed recoil and increased damage for the console kids.

There is no such thing in the game. You can hold your breath with "Shift" key and it will zoom a bit and stabilizes the view but that's all. Most of the HLL youtubers does the extra zoom when they're editing the video so when we watch it, we can see it better what's going on. When you play the game yourself with your own display, it's easier to see compared to a youtube video.
Has anyone else noticed a big influx of cheaters over the past week?
They have so nerfed AT rockets in this game I just don't bother with them anymore. Completely ahistorical.
