Haven't tried to deliberately survive a full game as if it was real but judging by my usual matches I would 100% be killed on my first deployment during WW2.
Well there are a lot more factors at work in a real situation. You may notice in this video warfrags deliberately avoids shooting at groups of players, as once he picks off one the others will discover him and return fire. In real life, soldiers would almost exclusively fight in squads of around 10 men (depending on the country) that would stick together constantly. So really in most situations you just have to be lucky enough for some other guy to be killed in an ambush or firefight before your whole squad withdraws.
I did the same, got 22 kills, and at the end of the battle I found an enemy sniper camped in the rooms besides mine, I sneaked up and I think I gave him the biggest heart attack.
@@warfrags I really felt like Rambo and the other guy was literally in the room next to me. To get to me he had to do a difficult jump that I barely made, so I think that's why I just stayed in the room before. When I ran out of ammo, I jumped back, saw him, thought "now that's it gg" but he didn't notice, so I grabbed my Walter pistol, and spammed a whole magazine on him. Maybe a bit too much? But it was epic!

LOLOLOL welcome to hell. That’s the learning curve gently fisting you. Stick at it, it gets better. Don’t run so much, prone sometimes catch ur bearings. Make friends with bushes when things get hot, always look both ways…aka 360° every so often. don’t get caught in the habit of only looking in the direction your team is looking. use your mic, and tell folks you’re new and most ppl are decent and will explain your questions. Always try and move cover to cover. Practice makes sorta good so just keep at it. know when to stop and when to say fuck it and to John wick and surprise ppl.
Thats typical man. I am 130 level and I felt like I started learning rhe game around level 100. The problem is that when you play cod and stuff before you don't know how to adjust your speed. It's more tactical slower paced and needs patience. Peek corners wait then move
@@exarchoskanelis84yeah, the switch from cod to realistic ttk fps games is hard because the adjustment from focusing on your movement and aim versus focusing on your environment and checking your corners/angles isn’t easy to figure out, you can’t just outskill people with your aim and movement anymore. The one who sees first, kills first, usually.

If you play a scout sniper in a realistic manner you would be bored to tears. It would be the most boring video game ever created. I am a Marine Veteran (not a sniper) but very familiar with the position and most of the time you are sending information back and counting trucks….

IMO the ultimate compliment when playing recon is when the enemy sends a whole ass tank after two people.
