Thank you so much for this gorgeous video!! I spent my lunch breaks watching your tutorials and doing some yoga, it is just soothing and helping my back pain. Thank you so much!!
Thank you Kino for this wonderful practice of pinchamayurasana. My shoulders feel so hot and shaking after the practice but that's a nice feeling though. Slowly building some shoulder strength for ashtanga third series.
Hi kino, namaste. Just what I needed as I so wish to get my pincha and can't thank you enough for posting this sequence...shall practice this everyday and very soon, hopefully shall get my pincha mayurasana 🙏🏻
Oh, not an easy drill and could complete it, taking a few breaks in between...hope that's ok :)? And kino, can you help me here ?... whenever I try to keep my feet together my legs are not completely straight as the knees bend and turn little outwards and when I try 'n keep my legs straight, I can't get my feet together as the heels move apart with toes touching each other... what should I do 🤔
Kino you are amazing!!! This was one of the hardest practices I’ve done with you. I could only do like 50% but no judgement towards myself. Practice makes permanent 💕 🧘🏿♀️ 🙏🏿
Awesome class, I love when you tell us we’re doing good, to not give up or the pose is looking better, it feels like you can see us, so I’m always trying my best to keep up with the class 😆, thank you so much sharing Kino. Namaste 🙏
Hi Kino and friends! Five months ago I was 25 lb heavier , falling face first into my phone doing these classes..and I couldn’t even DO a dolphin. Now I can do chest on floor for puppy pose and a good 🐬. Getting there.
Hi Kino, thank you so much for this great video even though I am still learning. Just one question: should both thumb touch each other or keep a distance. I can't see clearly in this video. Thanks.
Anyone? When doing poses such as cat /cow anything similar- even up dog- should INNER elbows be facing inward? Or facing front ? So in other words rotating so arms are always having inner elbows in- obviously this is much harder! But see it both ways.. 🙏
Give yourself a little room to find what works best for you. In general, I like the have the inner elbows lined up the thumbs, so that their angle is about 45 degrees from the plane of the wrist.
@@KinoYoga thank you Kino!! Yes this helps quite a bit- I’ve seen both. This always made sense to me- it’s MUCH harder lol- so I figured it was the correct way!!
No one does yoga drills like Kino. There are thousands of online yoga teachers out there but I think this is what really sets you apart. Thank you
