I love Sarah Jarosz, and whenever I play her music my cat comes and cuddles up next to me. Pretty sure he's a fan too.

It is always a great pleasure to hear Sarah, sing' but in addition she is a talented instrumentalist. I always regret that I didn't go to see Sarah when she came to a venue in my home town (In England). I knew nothing about Sarah then. If only I had known how brilliant she is I would have been there like a shot! That venue is no longer there, but I am hoping that one day Sarah will come to my area again. Luckily there are lots of great videos of Sarah available - and this is one. ❤

You had a long road trip where u drove only at night to avoid check ins and check outs. Only with AirBnB artists have to do this. We had to spend two nights in a tent because we had camping gear. This song was written the night of the last Airbnb.

1st time hearing this one, just ethereal. She's truly unique and no one is writing and interpreting quite like her right now, only Sierra Hull, Tedeshi Trucks are just a few that comes to mind, LOVE ❤ it!! I really appreciate when she performs w/ artists on a crowded stage, really 🆒️ .
I wish she hadn't removed her performance of this at the Transatlantic Music Sessions with Jerry Douglas and Alison Krauss.
That performance was uploaded by Lord Chauncy and got removed with all his other uploads when he got bounced for copyright infringement. ( I think because of some Austin City Limits uploads). It's a shame because he put up a lot of good stuff here including recordings of his own.
+Karen Nyere I spoke to Sarah in person after a recent concert, she had no idea why it was removed (see below). It certainly was the best version ever, so I bought the TS5 DVD. But this performance is pretty good.

This is my favorite of Sarah's songs. I also like Shankill Butchers. I watched the 4 part documentary about this very real story of sad and horrific murder and that makes the Butchers song so much more relevant. But Run Away and Annabelle Lee are my favorites.
